  1. I love to run because it makes me feel alive and energized! The cool morning air on my face and wind in my hair really wakes me up. Plus, it’s not just physical exercise, it’s mental exercise too. Running clears my mind, reduces stress, and helps me focus on my goals for the day.

    Sometimes I go solo, but other times I drag a friend along for the ride. Chatting and enjoying the scenery is always more fun with a running buddy!

    Overall, running has become a crucial part of my daily routine because it helps me stay fit and healthy. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a challenging run. It keeps me feeling great for the rest of the day!

  2. My retina of exercise is I go to the gym I like to lift weights…for 10 minutes then I’m doing legs for 20 minutes then I go to the machines to do back then I’m on the treadmill for 15 minutes…then I go to the sauna for 20 minutes

    I like to sit in my sauna for 30 minutes each day and I go on bike rides to help keep my body healthy. I don’t do the bike rides as often when the TX heat is too much, so I hop on my spin bike during the summer months instead.

  5. My daily exercise consists of power walking 3 times a day. I used to run every morning and afternoon but do to a spinal injury I am limited now. I also walk my dogs twice a day.

    I’m in my 40’s. I’ve been feeling it too. I wake up and hydrate IMMEDIATELY. I drink lots of water. Than I go to the basement to walk 3 miles on the treadmill. After that I make sure to eat healthy the rest of the day with whole wheat snacks. Evening do exercises in bed while I’m reading or on social media!

    I have Type1 Diabetes. Here’s the kicker so my doctor told me I should exercise to help you know keep me healthy and keep down my A1c so I did and got to love diabetes he’s actually raised my glucose levels. So anyways yeah next option.

    My exercise routine is power walking wherever I go. It helps to energize my day and move faster and get more done. During my lunch time I get my steps in and feel refreshed! I enjoy the outdoors as much as I can.

  10. I work out at home with Dance Fit, by Monica. I like her workouts. They are a lot of fun. I also have weights and weighted hula hoop as well.
