As a man who strongly supports and advocates for gender equality, I am thrilled to announce our campaign to celebrate International Women’s Day at HOYAHH.

We want to honor and celebrate the achievements of women all over the world. That’s why we are launching a campaign that is both simple and meaningful. We invite all of our customers to share their daily exercise routines with us before March 9, 2023. Whether it’s running in the park, practicing yoga at home, or hitting the gym, we want to hear your story. By sharing your experience, you are not only inspiring others, but also acknowledging the importance of self-care and self-love.

What’s more? Three lucky winners will be selected to receive a free car air freshener from HOYAHH. It’s our small way of showing appreciation for your support and encouraging you to continue living a healthy lifestyle.

  1. If you’re going through something hard right now, just remember there is light coming you’re way very soon. You’ll come out being you’re amazing self, you will get through what you’re going through even if takes days, weeks, months. You’ll seen the sun in the end of you’re hard working through what you may be going through. You are the light to world don’t forget who you are! ❤️

  2. I started practicing yoga to stretch out several problem areas on my body that cause me regular stiffness, pain and headaches. The more I kept at it & stayed consistent the more it helped & prolonged time between issues. I benefited from it by finding more peace in my life & more joy because of that.. Practicing yoga also opened my eyes to trying more new things and continuing to strive toward bettering my life.

I have started to walk over 15,000 steps a day.After not working out for years I wanted a change.I was tired of feeling so bloated and heavy.I changed my eating and started walking daily.I ended up losing 22lbs within the first 2 months.Im glad that I started but someday are a struggle. I tell myself to keep going because I know I will be proud of myself and I really wanna be healthy.So when you feel like giving up remember the pounds ain’t gonna fall off by themselves.     I have been taking up yoga as my daily sport, yes I know some may not agree it’s a sport, but it’s my sport. After a fight with pancreatic cancer yoga really helps to balance my day and be present with my kids. It also relaxes my body from the physical aspect of life
